The Eagle Valley Land Trust, the Eagle River Watershed Council and the Eagle Valley Alliance for Sustainability are proud to present the second annual EverGreen Ball, the only “sustainable soiree” in the Vail Valley.
With the tremendous success of last year’s inaugural event, the 2010 EverGreen Ball is the summer’s not-to-be missed event. The Ball’s purpose is to advance environmental awareness while raising funds for the three local organizations whose missions focus on environmental sustainability in this region. And of course, to have fun!
Guests will enjoy an elegant, exciting, and wildly different gala green from the ground up – as the EverGreen Ball weaves sustainability into every aspect of the party.
The EverGreen Ball will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at the Park Hyatt at Beaver Creek. The Ball will feature natural and local gourmet cuisine, innovative energy solutions, and plenty of opportunities – and surprises – for guests to learn about leading a more sustainable lifestyle. Green from the ground up means the EverGreen Ball will reduce its energy and waste consumption, as well as purchase carbon credits to offset the event’s already minimized footprint, making the event as close to carbon neutral as possible.
Individual tickets for the EverGreen Ball are $150 per person. Because seating is limited to 300 guests, reservations will be filled on a first-come basis.
