Think you know the Eagle’s Flow?

The 2020 contest has closed. Join us next spring for 2021’s Peak Flow Prediction Contest!

HOORAY! Congratulations, winners! ūüéą‚Ā†

Thank you so much for supporting the health of our watershed by participating in this year’s Peak Flow Prediction Contest. We were grateful that even amidst the challenges posed by COVID-19, this contest could go on, spreading awareness about the importance of runoff for the Eagle and Colorado River ecosystems.¬†

We had secured over $4,000 in prizes from partners in river recreation and conservation, and are thrilled to announce this year’s prize winners according to the USGS website, stating that the Eagle River’s peak flow, at the Gypsum gauge, took place June 2 at 7am, with 3,300 cfs.¬†
